4. Code of Conduct (behavior expected of all employees)
4.1 Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Respect for International Social Norms
We will comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry guidelines to ensure ethical behavior.
We will respect international principles of conduct, such as the United Nations Global Compact and ILO Conventions.
4.2 Respect for human rights and prohibition of discrimination
We will eliminate all forms of discrimination and harassment and build a work environment where everyone is respected.
We do not tolerate any forced labor or child labor.
4.3 Fair employment and labor practices
We will ensure that appropriate working conditions, job descriptions, and contractual details are clearly explained.
We will promote healthy and sustainable work styles in line with the spirit of the “Workplace Reform” policy.
4.4 Relationship of trust with customers and business partners
We will strive to conduct sales activities with integrity, comply with contracts, and offer fair prices.
We will strictly prohibit bribery and the offering of improper benefits.
4.5 Management of confidential and personal information

5. Roles and Responsibilities of Interim Managers
As the “embodiment” of the Code of Conduct, the middle manager is responsible for the following:
・Taking the initiative in practicing the Code of Conduct
・Providing advice and education on ethical judgment to subordinates
・Establishing and operating a management system to prevent violations from occurring
6. Guideline if you are unsure of your decision
Ask yourself the following questions from the following perspectives:
・Does it violate any laws, regulations, or company rules?
・Is it embarrassing if it is disclosed outside the company?
・Can I explain it to my family and friends?
・Is it consistent with the company’s philosophy and values?
If in doubt, always consult with your supervisor or the relevant department. Do not take risks based on your own judgment.
7. Disciplinary action for violations of the CoC
Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with strictly in accordance with internal regulations. Depending on the nature of the violation, it may range from a verbal warning to disciplinary action or even contract termination.
8. Consultation and reporting of violations of the CoC
An internal consultation service has been established, and anonymous reporting is accepted.
Any disadvantageous treatment (retaliation) of whistleblowers is strictly prohibited and whistleblowers will be thoroughly protected.
The content of consultations and reports will be appropriately investigated, and corrective measures will be taken as necessary.
