The product is broken/defective

About shipping and payment

Shipping charges for domestic products

If your order total is less than 30,000 yen, you will be charged an additional 1,000 yen for shipping.

Shipping costs for overseas products

If the total order amount is less than 100,000 yen, an additional 5,000 yen will be charged as shipping fee. Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy items or items that require additional work. We will consult with you when we receive your inquiry.

Payment Methods

What will be the charge if I want to cancel suddenly?
