SC5309A and SC5310A are 2.5 GHz triple-stage downconverters. They are low cost integrated modules designed for radio and TV broadcasting, cable networks, and spectral monitoring applications. These modules feature high signal-to-noise dynamic range and high spurious free dynamic range. The phase noise is very low, at -105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with a typical noise floor of -153 dBm/Hz. The noise floor can be reduced to -170 dBm/Hz by enabling the internal preamplifer.
