TP150 is designed to hold PacketMicro’s single-ended S-Probes (up to 30 GHz) and differential D-Probes (up to 40 GHz). It allows a user to probe printed circuit boards with small geometry precisely. Its high-precision XYZ stage and long probe arm with planarization (θ) control make it ideal for probing with rugged PacketMicro probes in a wide range of RF and signal-integrity measurements. The Θ knob controls planarization angle to make the probe pins parallel to the board for good probe contact. By loosening the Height Adjustment Knob, the Probe Arm can move up and down in 14 coarse steps for fast adjustment of probe-tip height.
